Hi, I’m Theresa, Founder of Peaceful Wellbeing.

I help mid-life women who have spent their lives putting others first finally reconnect with themselves and the life they truly want.

I’m a Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach, and I use The Adult Chair® model alongside nervous-system nourishing self-care, gentle yoga, inner child work, and practical tools. Together, these approaches help women move from overwhelmed to empowered—without guilt or burnout.
