Reclaim YOU
The Blueprint for Creating the Life You Crave
For the woman who’s ready to release what no longer serves her,
reconnect with herself, and step into a more aligned life.
Dear Aligned Client,
For so long, you’ve been everything to everyone—the caretaker, the supporter, the one who holds it all together. But what about you? Who are you beyond the roles you’ve played?
This isn’t about fixing yourself (you were never broken). It’s about rediscovering your needs, your desires, and your truth—then building relationships, starting with yourself, that reflect your worth.
✨ In this 10-week small group coaching journey, you’ll:
Release old patterns and set healthier boundaries
Align your daily choices with the life you crave
Cultivate meaningful connections—with yourself and others
Gain space for reflection and integration with built-in pause weeks
This is about honoring the real you and taking simple, clear steps toward the peace, joy, and fulfillment, you’ve been envisioning. The life you desire isn’t far away—it begins with one step back to yourself.
Weekly Schedule
-
Before you can change the way you relate to others, you need to nurture your relationship with yourself. This week, you’ll redefine self-care—not as an afterthought, but as a daily act of self-honoring. You’ll create simple, sustainable practices that nourish your body, mind, and spirit so you can show up in your life with clarity and confidence.
-
How often do you react in ways that don’t feel aligned with who you want to be? This week, you’ll learn to identify the emotional patterns that keep you stuck—whether in self-doubt, people-pleasing, or unhealthy relationship cycles. By understanding your triggers, you’ll begin transforming them into opportunities for deeper connection rather than sources of conflict.
-
For too long, you may have measured your worth by how much you do for others or how they perceive you. This week, you’ll shift your focus inward. Through journaling and self-reflection, you’ll begin to see yourself as whole—without needing approval or validation from anyone else.
-
This is your first integration week — a pause to breathe, reflect, and go deeper. No new material will be introduced. Instead, you’ll have space to revisit what resonated most in the first three weeks, explore the practices that spoke to you, and catch up on anything you didn’t get to. Use this week to let the tools settle into your daily rhythm and notice the subtle shifts beginning to take root.
-
True change doesn’t come from resisting where you are—it comes from embracing yourself fully, even the messy, imperfect parts. This week, you’ll explore what it means to accept yourself and those around you, not as they “should” be, but as they truly are. You’ll practice deep self- compassion and learn how this shift can transform your relationships.
-
Many of the limits you feel in life are shaped by old stories—stories about what’s possible, what you deserve, and how relationships “should” be. This week, you’ll work with inner child healing and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to release these outdated beliefs so you can step into a new way of relating to yourself and others.
-
It’s easy to lose yourself in the expectations of family, friends, or society. But what do you truly want? This week, you’ll define your personal North Star—your guiding vision for how you want to live and love. This will help you make decisions that align with your truth, not what others expect from you.
-
Transform resentment into the freedom needed to fully pursue your vision. Experience the powerful Ho'oponopono practice as you release the past and step fully into the future you've been designing throughout our journey together.
-
Develop the courage to protect your dreams through clear, compassionate boundaries with others. Master practical boundary scripts that honor both your vision and your relationships, allowing you to prioritize your authentic path and protect your peace without guilt.
-
Carrying resentment keeps you tied to the past. Forgiveness isn’t about excusing others—it’s about freeing yourself. This week, you’ll explore the powerful Ho’oponopono forgiveness practice to release old hurts, heal past wounds, and step fully into the relationships and life you deserve.
