Does this sound like you?

  • You’ve spent years putting everyone else’s needs before your own — and you’re running on empty

  • You feel stuck between who you’ve been (caretaker, over-giver, do-it-all) and the woman you know you’re meant to become.

  • You’re craving more — more peace, more joy, more fulfillment — but aren’t sure where to begin

  • You long for a clear path to your vision or the dreams you’ve put on hold for too long

  • You want a circle of women who get it — a safe place to share, grow, and be supported as you step into your next chapter.

If you’re nodding your head, you’re not alone — and this is exactly why the Embodied Woman Circle exists.

  • Monthly Self-Care Book Live Discussion — A thoughtfully chosen book aligned with the monthly theme, with a live conversation to reflect, connect, and deepen your understanding.

  • Quick Energy Shifts (1–2 Minute Practices) — Simple, theme-based practices like breathwork, tapping, or intention-setting — shared throughout the month to help you reset in real life moments.

  • Morning Ritual Library — A new 10-minute ritual each week, designed to support the month’s theme and help you begin your week feeling grounded and connected.

  • Monthly Q&A Coaching - A supportive, live space to ask questions, receive guidance, and integrate the month’s theme into your everyday life.

  • Supportive Women’s Community — you don’t have to do this alone. Share, connect, and grow alongside other women who are on the same journey.

Why You’re In the Right Place

Hi, I’m Theresa — The Embodied Woman Coach and founder of Peaceful Wellbeing.

I know what it feels like to lose yourself in overgiving, burnout, and trying to be everything to everyone. That’s why I’m passionate about helping women like you reconnect with themselves and finally feel at home in their own lives.

As a Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach, yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and guide in nervous-system nourishing self-care, I’ve supported countless women in moving from running on empty to living with peace, purpose, and joy.

I’ll walk with you every step of the way — not with overwhelming to-do’s, but with simple practices and compassionate support that help you remember who you truly are.

Yearly Emotional Arc

The Emotional Arc of the Year

Ground 🌱 → Awareness 💡 → Release 🍃 → Choose 🦋 → Love 💖 → Joy

This journey is designed to feel supportive rather than demanding — meeting you exactly where you are and gently guiding you home to yourself through nervous-system nourishing practices, self-awareness, and embodied choice.

Monthly Themes

  • Emotional Arc: Ground 🌱

    Anchor Book:Strong Ground
Sub-Themes: Inner safety, belonging, emotional honesty

February lays the foundation for the year. This month is about creating steadiness within — learning how to ground your nervous system, feel emotionally safe in your body, and stand in yourself without bracing or collapsing. We begin slowly, prioritizing regulation, self-connection, and a felt sense of “I’m okay right here.”

  • Emotional Arc: Ground 🌱

    Anchor Book: Strong Ground (continued)
    Sub-Themes: Permission, simplicity, practice

March gently supports you in beginning to care for yourself in ways that feel simple and doable. Rather than fixing or pushing, the focus is on small, repeatable acts of self-care — responding with kindness instead of guilt. As these practices become more familiar, you may naturally start to notice your needs, energy, and internal signals with greater ease. Self-care is reframed as a steady, compassionate practice — not something you have to earn, but something you’re allowed to begin.

  • Emotional Arc: Awareness 💡

    Anchor Book: The Adult Chair
Sub-Themes: Emotional maturity, self-responsibility, conscious response

April gently introduces the core framework that will support you throughout the year. Building on the self-care practices you’ve begun, this month focuses on developing self-awareness of emotional patterns, reactions, and inner parts — including the inner child — with compassion and steadiness. You’ll learn how to pause, reflect, and respond from your grounded Adult Self, creating more clarity and choice in everyday moments. Self-awareness becomes a supportive tool, helping you create space between trigger and response and move through life with greater steadiness and self-trust.

  • Emotional Arc: Awareness 💡

    Anchor Book:The Adult Chair (continued)
Sub-Themes: Slowing down, acceptance, owning reality

May is about practicing presence — staying with what is instead of resisting or rushing past it. Through observation and acceptance, presence becomes the gateway to release. This month supports nervous-system settling, emotional honesty, and learning to stay with yourself without criticism.

  • Emotional Arc: Release 🍃

    Anchor Book:The Let Them Theory
Sub-Themes: Letting go of control, over-responsibility, boundary clarity

June invites a collective exhale. The focus is on releasing what isn’t yours to manage, fix, or carry. You’ll explore releasing control, stepping out of over-functioning, and practicing emotional and energetic boundaries that protect your peace.

  • Emotional Arc: Release 🍃

Anchor Book: The Let Them Theory (Continued)
Sub-Themes: Nervous-system repair, settling, spaciousness, gentleness

July is where release completes itself in the body.
Rest here is not about stopping your life — it’s about softening the constant push and allowing your nervous system to stabilize after months of awareness and letting go. This month supports repair, emotional digestion, and learning that rest is not a reward, but a form of wisdom. Nothing new is required; the focus is on allowing what has shifted to fully land.

  • Emotional Arc: Choose 🦋

Anchor Book:The Next Conversation by Jefferson Fisher
Sub-Themes: Conscious response, grounded expression, relational choice

August brings awareness into real-life conversations. You’ll practice slowing down, staying grounded, and noticing the pause where choice becomes available — even when emotions are present. The focus is on responding instead of reacting and expressing yourself from clarity rather than urgency.

  • Emotional Arc: Choose 🦋

    Anchor Book:The Next Conversation(Continued)

Sub-Themes: Inner guidance, pacing, embodied decision-making

September reinforces trust in your inner signals and timing. As routines pick back up, this month supports listening inward, honoring your pace, and making choices that feel aligned rather than pressured. Self-trust is practiced in small, everyday moments.

  • Emotional Arc: Love 💖

Anchor Book:A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson
    Sub-Themes: Compassion, forgiveness, softening fear

October is heart-centered and grounding. The focus is on choosing love toward yourself first and gently loosening fear-based patterns. Through compassion and forgiveness, you’ll explore what it means to relate to yourself with openness instead of self-judgment.

  • Emotional Arc: Love 💖

Anchor Book: A Return to Love (Continued)

    Sub-Themes: Emotional honesty, simplification, self-connection

November offers reflection and integration as the year begins to slow. This month supports staying grounded and kind with yourself through complexity, especially during the holidays. The focus is on simplifying your inner world and maintaining emotional steadiness.

  • Emotional Arc: Joy

Anchor Book: Jump and Find Joy

    Sub-Themes:
    Meaning, embodiment, appreciation

December closes the year with lightness and truth, inviting you to receive what has been lived with openness. This month focuses on joy that feels real — not forced or performative — as gratitude becomes an embodied practice rather than a mindset. Through gratitude and slowing down, you’ll explore how to carry forward joy that is grounded, embodied, and sustainable into the year ahead
