Summer Sleep Reset

Rest deeply. Wake differently.

🌙 June 8 - June 29, 2026 ☀️

Completely free  ·  10 minutes a night  ·  Live Zoom every Monday at 8 pm ET

What if rest wasn’t something you earned -but something you finally allowed?

THIS IS FOR YOU

You have been holding so much for so long.

The mental load. The emotional load. The invisible work of keeping everyone okay — their schedules, their feelings, their needs — all while making sure your own life keeps moving forward.

You’ve done it for years. Maybe decades. And somewhere along the way, sleep became one more thing to worry about instead of something that restores you.

You know that 3 am feeling. Wide awake, mind spinning — running through the to-do list, replaying a conversation that stung, wondering how you’re going to get through tomorrow on this little rest.

You're running on empty. And for many of us, the hormone shifts of perimenopause and menopause add a whole other layer to an already tired body — making sleep feel even less reliable than it used to.

This summer, I want to invite you into something gentle. A 21-day reset rooted in slow, mindful yoga, quiet reflection, and the kind of breath-led practice that actually signals to your nervous system:

It is safe to rest now.

No hustle. No perfection. Just 10 minutes a night — and a gradual, real shift in how you meet your body at the end of the day.

“I’m not offering you a cure. I’m sharing what’s been working for me — because I think it might work for you too.”

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

You might be exactly who this is for if…

  • You wake at 3 or 4 am and your mind immediately starts running — even when your body is exhausted

  • You’ve carried the mental and emotional load of your family for so long it just feels like your normal

  • You lie down tired but can’t seem to actually arrive in your body and let go

  • You replay things people said to you — at night, when you should be resting

  • You want to prioritize yourself but you don’t quite know where to start

  • You're navigating the hormone shifts of perimenopause or menopause and sleep has become genuinely unpredictable.

  • You’re starting to understand that rest isn’t laziness — it’s something you actually deserve

Then this was made for you. 🌿

WHY IT MATTERS

Sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s how you come back to yourself.

When you’re running on empty, everything feels harder — your resilience, your patience, your sense of self. Sleep isn’t just about the hours. It’s about how you arrive at the end of the day. These are the tools this reset gives you:

01

The nervous system needs a signal

After years of being on — always available, always responsible — the body needs to learn it’s safe to switch off. That’s what this practice teaches.

02

The mind needs somewhere to land

The brain dump practice gives your spinning thoughts a place to go. Once they’re on the page, they don’t have to stay in your head at 3 am.

03

The body holds what the mind carries

Slow, mindful yoga works at the level of the nervous system — releasing the physical tension of carrying too much for too long.

04

Intention changes the quality of rest

Each night closes with a sleep intention — a gentle direction for the mind as it enters rest. Small, but quietly transformative.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Everything you need. Nothing extra.

The Summer Sleep Reset is designed to be simple enough to actually do every night — even on the hard ones.

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

Tools to help you arrive at rest.

Whatever your body is navigating right now, one thing is always true: a calmer nervous system gives sleep a better chance. That’s what these 21 nights are about.

Here's what the practice is designed to give you:

A nightly wind-down ritual that’s actually yours

After 21 nights of the same gentle practice, your nervous system starts to recognize the cue. You’ll have a real tool to return to — not just during the reset, but all summer long.

Something to do with the 3 am mind

The brain dump practice gives your spinning thoughts a place to go before sleep. Many women find it quietly shifts what happens in the middle of the night.

A way back into your body at the end of the day

Slow, mindful movement helps create a bridge between the busyness of the day and the stillness of sleep — something many of us have lost.

A gentler relationship with rest

Not a cure, and not perfection. But a practice that reminds you, night after night, that you’re allowed to receive care too.

Simple tools to calm your nervous system

Breath practices, gentle movement, and intention-setting — tools rooted in yoga tradition that work with your body’s own capacity to settle.

A different start to summer

You go into the season with 21 nights of showing up for yourself. That’s worth something.

A NOTE FROM ME

I’m not a perfect sleeper. I’m a recovering one.

As a mom of two kids now in their twenties, I feel like I haven’t truly slept in 25 years. I carried the mental load, the emotional load, the stress of working full time while making sure everyone’s needs were met. I was the peacekeeper, the planner, the one who held it all together — and I was awake at 3 am paying for it.

I’ve been doing the work — yoga, supplements, speaking up for myself, actually putting my sleep on the list. And while I won’t pretend it’s perfect (4 am wake-ups anyone?), something has genuinely shifted.

I’m prioritizing myself in a way I never let myself before.
